These terms govern your use of Aristotle (www.aristotle.app), a free library of AI image generation prompts for educational use. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

What Aristotle Is

Aristotle is a prompt gallery. We publish copy-paste prompts designed for AI image generation platforms, along with AI-generated sample images showing what each prompt produces. The site is free. There are no accounts and no paywalls.

AI-Generated Images

All images displayed on aristotle.app are AI-generated using Google's Gemini API. No photographs of real people appear on this site.

Ownership and Copyright

Under current US law, images generated solely by AI — where a human provides only a text prompt — are generally not eligible for copyright protection. The US Copyright Office has consistently held that copyright requires human authorship (see Thaler v. Perlmutter, certiorari denied March 2, 2026; Zarya of the Dawn registration decision, 2023).

Accordingly, Aristotle does not claim copyright over the AI-generated sample images displayed on this site. However, the prompts, text content, site design, code, and overall selection and arrangement of content on aristotle.app are original works of authorship and are protected by copyright.

Fictional Characters

The characters shown on this site — including Mia, Elise, and Chloe — are entirely fictional AI-generated personas. They do not depict, represent, or reference any real individuals. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is coincidental and unintentional.

Using Our Prompts

Prompts published on Aristotle are provided for your personal use with any AI image generation platform, including but not limited to Google Gemini, Midjourney, OpenAI DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Flux, Recraft, Ideogram, Krea, and Fal.

Your Responsibility

When you use our prompts to generate images on any platform, you are solely responsible for:

• Complying with the terms of service of whichever AI platform you use. Each platform has its own rules about commercial use, content policies, and output ownership.
• Complying with all applicable laws regarding AI-generated imagery in your jurisdiction, including labeling requirements, intellectual property laws, and content regulations.
• How you use, publish, distribute, or commercialize any images you generate using these prompts.

Aristotle is not liable for images you generate using our prompts, regardless of the platform used. We provide prompts for educational and creative purposes — what you do with them is your responsibility.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Aristotle prompts to generate:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content depicting minors
• Nonconsensual intimate imagery of real, identifiable individuals
• Defamatory depictions of real, identifiable individuals
• Content that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction

AI Content Labeling and Disclosure

All images on aristotle.app are labeled as AI-generated. Evolving regulations — including the EU AI Act (Article 50, enforcement beginning August 2026) and California AB 3211 — may require machine-readable provenance metadata (such as C2PA watermarking) on AI-generated content. We monitor these requirements and will update our practices as obligations take effect. Users who republish AI-generated images should be aware of labeling requirements in their jurisdiction.

Content Guidelines

Some prompts on this site generate images depicting people in casual, lifestyle, or fashion contexts. All depicted characters are fictional adults (18+). Users should exercise judgment and comply with the content policies of their chosen AI platform.

No Warranty

Prompts are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any prompt will produce a specific result. AI platforms may modify, filter, or refuse to generate certain content at their discretion. Results vary across platforms, model versions, and settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aristotle and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the site or its content. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site shall not exceed $100 USD.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aristotle and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of prompts or images outside the Aristotle platform, including any intellectual property claims related to images you generate using our prompts.

Email Subscription

Aristotle does not require accounts. Email subscription is optional and used solely for sending prompt drops (curated batches of new prompts). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting us.

Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We may update these terms as needed. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
